The Bill (Reg. No6278) suggests defining of the notion and subject of All-Ukrainian referendum, its basic principles, legislative restrictions regarding conduction.
In particular it suggests distinguishing between the constitutional, ratification, legislative and common Ukrainian referendums and also ordering of the fact that after the public initiative the Ukrainian referendums can be conducted but hose regarding the adoption of the new version of the Constitution of Ukraine, legislative referendum, with the aim to reject separate Laws of Ukraine namely.
